The same unlock

Unlock Max Badges sits with the rest of Unlock All. It does not edit ratings or shot timing.

You set the badges on the MyPLAYER you already run, then take that player into the session. What others see includes those badge levels.

A config can store the unlock setup for the next session. Create it, load it, save a change, or delete a setup you no longer use.
